'So, I opened your card...and fell to pieces.. It is possibly one of those most romantic things I think anyone has ever done for me' I heard him sniffle, it made me grin with a relief. After receiving a 'phone me ASAP' text I wasn't sure what to expect when he picked up. It filled me with the sort of joy ive not experienced before, he genuinely really appreciated it, I was so happy! 

I ventured home to see dad yesterday Eve but am travelling back early to see him this evening...how has this happened so quickly, in the way that it has, I feel so lucky and I just can't believe it!
